Maricel, Amazing Location and fantastic views!

This cosy apartment is situated in the heart of the old town, just seconds from the beach, with stunning views, the location is hard to beat.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas facing a TV which has Spanish channels. There is a dining table and chairs and double doors give access to a balcony that has the sun all day. There is a small table and chairs and spectacular sea views over to the beach and the church. This is a wonderful spot for enjoying a glass of cava, a morning coffee or even just relaxing and taking in the fantastic views.

The kitchen is fully equipped, It has a fridge, microwave, oven/hob and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and bedside tables with lamps. It has an ensuite bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed.

There is a separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, W.C. and hand basin.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, with stunning views, it is the perfect base for enjoying a relaxing break in Sitges.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• For arrivals after 8pm there is a late check in fee of euros 40.
• The cash security deposit of euros 300 (euros 500 for apartment Frente Al Mar) must be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
