This two bedroom apartment is just a minutes walk to San Sebastian Beach, where you can enjoy a wonderful Paella and glass of Cava on the terrace of one of the many great restaurants this picturesque beach front has to offer.
Also close to this apartment is the locals (clothes optional) Balmins beach.
The apartment is also within 5 minutes walk of Sitges old town centre where you can amble through the maze of medieval streets, stop off for a cerveza or take in a museum or gallery. This is also where you will find the famous nightlife of Sitges.
The apartment is decorated in a traditional style and creates a relaxing space. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, TV, with UK freeview channels, DVD, dining table and chairs and access to a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of Cava.
The kitchen is bright and modern and equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering stay. There is an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.
The master bedroom has two single beds which can be made as a double on request, there is also a spacious ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate shower, hand basin and W.C. The second bedroom has bunk beds.
Finally, there is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
Air conditioning is provided in the living/dining area and the master bedroom only.
Please note that this apartment is close to the railway line that cuts through Sitges, so, you may hear the trains.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
