This triplex apartment is located in a small complex in a fabulous location right on the water's edge. The centre of the town is a 15 to 20 minute walk along a pretty coastal path or a 5minute drive. Sitges glamorous port is even closer and offers a wide variety of cocktail terraces, cafes and fabulous restaurants. Its amazing location means our guests can hear the waves crashing against the rocks below the apartment! .
This compact apartment has three floors and is located in the main tower of the complex, the construction replicates a castle turret. The apartment is circular in shape and has fantstic views of the sea, the beach and the port.
The living room is on the first floor, accessed by a spiral staircase which runs through the centre of the property. It has a sofa bed, TV/DVD/CD and opens onto a small 'chill out' terrace with spectacular views accross Sitges.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a fridge, microwave/oven, washer/dryer, crockery and utensils.
The first bedroom is on the second floor, again reached via the spiral staircase. It has a single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, handbasin and WC.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor and has a king size bed, wardrobe facilities and double doors and windows that open to give breath taking views accross Sitges.
There is a compact bathroom on the first floor with shower, hand basin and WC.
There is a large communal pool within the complex. A lovely beach is accessible by foot path (less than 5 minutes away).
This is a unique apartment with stunning views, in an amazing location.
Please Note: We have 5 Gaviota apartments, they are not situated within the same building, but are on the same complex just a minute walk from each other.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- From 1st July - 31st August bookings must start on a Saturday.
- Bookings during the summer season (30th June - 31st August) must be from Saturday to Saturday, however bookings for other dates may be considered on a request basis.
- On arrival you will be required to provide a cash security deposit of Euros 200. This will be refunded at check-out assuming there has been no damages in the apartment.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
