This lovely apartment is located in the residential area of Sitges called Levantina. It is halfway up the Levantina hill giving the apartment fabulous views across to the marina, the beaches and the town.
The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the centre of Sitges to enjoy all this exciting town has to offer. Just a few metres from the property is a bus stop which operates every 30 minutes into the town.
The apartment is located on the lower floor of the owners main property. However you have your own private entrance, are completely private and the garden, pool and built in BBQ are for your exclusive use.
Every room in this apartment has spectacular views of the town and sea. There are two double bedrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a pool and delightful garden. All linen and towels are provided including beach towels.
The large living/dining room has a sofa, a double sofa bed, a TV, DVD player, and a sound system. A range of English language television stations are provided, via free view. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a full range of kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine/dryer.
Each bedroom has a Queen sized double bed, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilet, bidet and two basins.
The second bedroom also has a double futon. There is a separate shower/wet room with toilet and basin. A hair dryer is provided. There is plenty of closet space and a safe is provided.
Parking is available on the street outside.
Please note that there are stairs in the garden and the property is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. The pool is not fenced and the property has stairs so the property is not suitable for very young children. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult and no responsibility will be accepted by the owner in the case of accidents due to the stairs and the pool.

- To secure the booking you are required to provide your credit card details. This card will NOT be charged, but held as security.
- On booking an initial booking deposit of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking by Paypal. Please remember you will not paid a booking deposit simply by entering your card details to secure the booking card details are held NOT charged.
- Following this deposit payment via paypal, the remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival by PayPal.
- Instructions for using PayPal will be included on your Confirmation Email which you will receive upon booking.
- Cancellation Charges:
If you cancel at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit payable at the time of booking.
