This apartment is situated in the very centre of Sitges on one of the main pedestrian streets. Vibrant and buzzing, this area is bursting with great bars, restaurants and cafes , with the lively beaches just a minutes walk away.

Located on the second floor at the back of the building, the apartment is well protected from the noise of the street and once inside it is an oasis of calm.

The spacious, smart and up to date lounge has a large and luxurious sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD and a dining area for four.

The stylish, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and all the essentials you will need for your self catering stay.

The first bedroom is bright and spacious with a double bed, bedside table and lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. This leads on to a balcony were you can sit and enjoy the morning sun.

The apartment also has a communal roof terrace perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the rooftop views of Sitges.

• Please note that no stag or hen groups are allowed in this apartment.
• A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
• Arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. After 10.00pm the charge will be 35 euros.
• Guests will be required to give a 150 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
