A real home from home - the atmosphere of the apartment is relaxed and welcoming, there is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 5 people.
The apartment has a large terrace and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. There is remote controlled air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living/dining room.
The lounge and dining area are light and has two separate areas, one for dining, with a large glass table and 6 chairs and the relaxing TV area. The TV area leads off through large double glass doors onto the terrace. There is a 42" TV with UK satellite channels (basic package only) and a stereo with CD player. The apartment benefits from WiFi internet.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, ironing board, washing machine.
There are three bedrooms in total, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
There are two bathrooms one with a bath/shower, hand basin and WC, the other with a shower, hand basin and WC.
The walled terrace overlooks the mountains and the rooftops of Sitges. Sunny in the afternoons, it has terracotta planters full of succulents and tropical plants, a love seat for romantic encounters and dining table and chairs for outside dining. All the bedrooms and lounge have remote controlled air conditioning.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
