This wonderful apartment is situated in one of the best locations in the whole of Sitges, in the heart of the old town, just seconds from the beach. With stunning views of the wonderful church, sea and promenade, the location is hard to beat.
It has a stunning terrace with an amazing chill out area with comfortable seating and fabulous ornate tiled features. There is also a separate shaded area with a large dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or just taking in those stunning Mediterranean views.
The living/dining area is furnished to a high standard and has two comfortable sofas, a smart flat screen TV with digital international channels and a lovely dining area with seating for six guests. From here you can access the different terraced areas where you can watch the world go by while relaxing with a chilled glass of Cava, the views are spectacular!
The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you will need for your self catering stay, including fridge, oven/hob, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. There is also a table and chairs, great for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant.
There are four comfortable bedrooms three with a double bed and one with a single bed, each bedroom also has a TV.
The apartment has two stylish bathrooms each with quality fittings including a walk in shower, hand basin and W.C.
Wifi internet access is available upon request, the cost for this is 5 euros per day.
This apartment is wonderfully located right in the heart of the old town. Just a short stroll from the hub of the town - Cap de la Vila, and only seconds to the beaches, with amazing views it is a perfect spot for enjoying your break in Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For arrivals after 8pm there is a late check in fee of euros 40.
- The cash security deposit of euros 300 (euros 500 for apartment Frente Al Mar) must be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
