This smart 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the old town, just seconds from the beach, with stunning views of the wonderful church, sea and promenade, the location is hard to beat.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs facing a TV/DVD player, there is also a dining table with chairs and double doors open out on to the wonderful sunny terrace. A table and chairs are provided so you can enjoy al fresco dining or simply watch the world go by while relaxing with a chilled glass of Cava, the views are spectacular!
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you will need for your self catering stay, including fridge, oven/hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
The master bedroom is bright and airy, with a double bed, wardrobe space, bedside tables with lamps and a smart en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, which can be made together as doubles on request, bedside tables and lamps.
The separate bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead shower, a W.C. and hand basin.
This apartment is wonderfully located right in the heart of the old town. Just a short stroll from the hub of the town - Cap de la Vila, and only seconds to the beaches, with amazing views it is a perfect spot for enjoying your break in Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For arrivals after 8pm there is a late check in fee of euros 40.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
- Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required (and if your chosen apartment has additional services such as a mini-bar you will be asked to settle for these on departure).
