This fabulous town house is located in the Sitges hills, 1.2 km (20 min walk, 5 min bus ride) from the center of Sitges. There is a horse-riding stable 5 minutes’ walk from the front door, with riding and hiking paths leading straight into the Garraf National Park from there.
The house is light and airy, and spread over 4 floors, with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and plenty of outside space, including an enclosed garden, a large balcony, a leafy inner courtyard and a large private terrace with spectacular hill and sea views. The furnishing is light and modern, and the decoration artistic. There is a large (shared) swimming pool.
On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the wonderful garden and shared swimming pool.
The first floor contains the large living room with balcony, the kitchen and the inner courtyard. The living room is spacious, with comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD and internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, multi-purpose kitchen machine, juice-maker, toaster, coffee machine, and espresso machine.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a double and a single bedroom that share another bathroom.
The third floor contains a large second living room with double sofa bed, and gives access to the sunny terrace.
There is also a wide screen satellite TV, DVD, iPod speaker dock, washing machine, tumble dryer, fans, iron and ironing board, BBQ and sun beds.
Pay as you go internet access is available, access is via a USB dongle (1 week = euros 19, 2 weeks = euros 29, 1 month = euros 49).
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Payment. For this apartment your card will be charged 36% of the booking price at the time of booking. This will be in 2 parts. One part (6%) will be charged by Loving Sitges, the other (30%) will be charged by the apartment management company. The apartment management company will add a 1.99% credit card processing fee.
- The full balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival either by bank transfer or by credit card. If at the time of booking your booking is due to start within 28 days, the full booking price will be charged immediately. If paying the remaining balance by credit card a 1.99% processing charge will be added.
- Cancellations. For this apartment cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date of the booking will not be subject to further cancellation charges. Cancellations made 30 days or less, prior to the start day of your booking will result in the full balance being retained unless the apartment can be re-let. If a new reservations is achieved, a full or partial refund will be made.
- Guests arriving after 9.30 pm will be charged a late check-in fee of EURO 50.
