This apartment enjoys a fabulous location in one of the beautiful pedestrian streets in the old part of Sitges. Just a two minute walk to the beaches and the beautiful old church and right in the heart of the town centre, packed with tapas bars, a variety of great restaurants and bars and a wealth of fantastic boutiques. The location is hard to beat.
There are just two apartments in this building, Cristi #1 & #2, they share a beautiful large terrace which is a real sun trap.
Enter the building from Calle Mayor to a wide hallway with original feature tiles. A wide sweeping stairway takes you past Cristi #1 and up to the second floor where you will find Cristi #2.
The lounge / dining area is decorated with stylish yet comfortable furniture, giving it a cool, relaxed ambience. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, an open fire, dressed with candles, a chaise lounge, and dining table and chairs. From here you can access the standing balcony, with views to the charming street below.
The independent modern kitchen has everything you need for entertaining at home, including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans and tableware. There is a washing machine in the laundry room located at the top of the building.
There is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobes and double doors opening to a small standing balcony. The second bedroom has two single (bunk) beds and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is bright and spacious, fully tiled and fitted with a walk in shower, hand basin and W.C.
The apartment has access to the spacious terrace situated at the top of the building, a great space for sun bathing.
This apartment's great location means that you can shop till you drop in the nearby stores, eat out in some of Sitges' famous restaurants, or just relax and enjoy a beer in one of the seafront bars. This is the perfect base for your next stay in buzzing Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
