Casa Lola, Great budget accommodation for large groups, Private Pool!

This is the ideal place for families or large groups looking for good value, spacious accommodation with private garden and swimming pool. The house is just minute's from the beaches and the restaurants, bars and shops of buzzing Sitges.

On entering the house there is a spacious entrance hall. From here you reach the kitchen, which is basic, but fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, pots, pans, tableware and cutlery are provided for your stay.

From here you also access the large living/dining room. It has two comfortable sofas, 2 armchairs, a large dining table and chairs for 8 people. In addition there is a sideboard, coffee table and lamps plus an open fireplace. There is a TV, VCR, and DVD. The large french windows open up to give a view of the back garden and the gorgeous swimming pool.

There is a bathroom with W.C. and handbasin on this floor.

The bedrooms are arranged on the first floor.

Bedroom 1 features a double bed, a big built in wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, vanity table and a chair.

Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a chest of drawers with mirror, a bedside table, a chair, and a big built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed, a 2 seater sofa, a chest of drawers and also a big built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 features 2 single beds, a mirror, a chest of drawers and a big built in wardrobe.

There is a large family bathroom. It is fully tiled, has a bathtub with shower over, WC, handbasin and a mirror.

In the basement (please note this is basement from the street side but on the ground floor faces out towards the garden/pool) is another living room featuring a sofa, an armchair, piano, TV and a chest of drawers.

On this floor is the fifth bedroom featuring a double bed, an armchair, bedside tables, lamps and a big built in wardrobe.

The second bathroom is located on this floor. It is fully tiled, has bathtub with shower over, WC, handbasin and a mirror.

• A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
• Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of euros 300. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• For arrivals after 8pm there is a late check in fee of euros 40.
• Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
