This is a truly stunning house in a stunning location. This fabulous Villa is located in the Sitges hills, 1.2 km (20 min walk, 5 min bus ride) from the center of Sitges, we recommend guests have use of a car. From its hillside position the Villa has incredible views out across the Mediterranean to the front and the stunning hills of Garraf to the rear.
The Villa is furnished to a high standard and with a private swimming pool, gardens, bbq and wonderful terraces this really is an amazing place to stay.
The entrance hall leads onto the large living room, with sumptuous wood flooring, smart leather sofas with seating for 10, TV with international satellite channels, DVD and a cosy fireplace. From here you can access one of the amazing terraces, with stunning views, a table and chairs and a day bed this is an amazing space, perfect for relaxing in the mediterranean sunlight or enjoying a chilled glass of Cava whilst taking in those amazing views.
A few steps up lead to the stylish and spacious fully fitted kitchen. Equipped to a high standard you will find everything you need to enjoy your self catering stay, including, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensil, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a spacious dining room with a large table and chairs for 14 guests. This is a wonderful space and makes entertaining at home a social affair.
Also on this level is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate guest bathroom with WC and hand basin.
On the upper level you will find the master suite with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom and three further bedrooms. There is also a second living room/chill out area.
There is a private pool at the front of the villa with plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing and this area gets the sun all day. To the side of the house is the garden and BBQ area and with another garden area to the rear.
This house is wonderful. With incredible views of the glistening Mediterranean, use of a stunning pool and within easy reach of Sitges and Barcelona it's a great choice for an incredible holiday.
