Peace and quiet and yet just an 8 minute stroll to the centre of Sitges and a couple of minutes more to the beaches.
The lounge is bright and airy with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD/CD and a dining area for six guests.
There are two balconies were you can enjoy the sun all afternoon.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and all the essentials you will need for your self catering stay.
The first bedroom is bright and spacious with a double bed, bedside table and lamps and plenty of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and lamps and wardrobe space.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath, shower, sink unit and WC.
This is a great apartment in a great location, that provides every comfort for your stay in a peaceful location but still an easy stroll to the bars and restaurants in the centre and of course the beaches.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that no stag or hen groups are allowed in this apartment.
- A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
- Arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. After 10.00pm the charge will be 35 euros.
- Guests will be required to give a 150 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
