This apartment is perfectly located in the old town centre only a one-minute walk from the main beach. The apartment's unique location means that you can shop til you drop in the nearby stores, eat out in some of Sitges's famous restaurants, or just chill-out with a beer in one of the seafront bars. If you want a taste of Sitges art and culture, you are only seconds away from the most important museums, galleries, churches and the stunning public library.
The street where the apartment is located runs directly to the beach. This recently constructed building has a lift in the main entrance which will take you to the second floor.
The apartment itself contains a comfortable sitting room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, spacious double bedroom and a bathroom.
The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table with chairs for entertaining. There is also a TV and internet access. For maximum comfort, the sitting-room has remote controlled air-conditioning for both summer and winter.
There is a modern kitchen, well equipped for self catering with oven and hob, fridge freezer, pots, pans, crockery and glassware.
The bedroom, decorated in a cool Mediterranean style, has a calm, relaxed ambience. It contains a double bed, two wicker chairs and a small round coffee table where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino or watch TV. The bedroom opens out onto a sunny balcony, which is perfect for relaxing in the sun after a hard day's sightseeing before heading out for dinner.
The bathroom is clean and smart and tiled throughout. It has a bath and shower, WC and hand basin.
Please note that the air conditioning unit is in the living room only. For maximum comfort, each room has a ceiling fan.
As the apartment is situated at the back of the building, it is a perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet yet is right by the golden beaches and the wonderful old town of stunning Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
- Check-out is at 10am. Where possible we try to be flexible with these times. If you require a late check out please discuss with your greeter on the day of arrival.
