This duplex apartment is located a 10 minute drive from the centre of Sitges, so we recommend guests have use of a car. It is a spacious apartment with a fabulous terrace with views out to sea. The apartment is set in wonderful grounds which include a fabulous communal infinity pool, beautiful gardens and off street parking.
This apartment is in a great spot for tranquility and relaxation and close enough to enjoy all that Sitges has to offer.
The living/dining room is furnished with style and relaxation in mind with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV with UK freeview channels, DVD, dinning table and chairs. Large windows/doors flood the space with mediterranean sunlight and from here you can access the wonderful decked terrace, with sea views and sun loungers, this is a lovely spot for relaxing with a glass of Cava.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and has everything you need for entertaining at home, including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are two spacious bedrooms each with bedside tables and lamps and each has access to a wonderful decked terrace.
There are two bathrooms fitted to a high standard and each with contemporary fitiings including a shower, hand basin and WC.
This ia a wonderful apartment with incredible views of the glistening Mediterranean, use of a stunning pool and within easy reach of Sitges and Barcelona it's a great choice for an incredible holiday.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
