Beach Cottage, Authentic Charm, seconds from the beach.
This is a little gem located right in the heart of the town. The cottage is in the grounds of the owner's house in a beautiful street lined with elegant villas leading right down to the main beaches. It's a prefect location, quietly hidden away but just seconds from the beaches and seconds from the restaurants, shops and cafes.
The cottage is very traditional in style and is presented in an immaculate and comfortable style. The entrance is through the garden of the main house and leads into the sunny living room. There are two sofas, some charming antique furniture, CD/DVD player, games (Scrabble etc), books and CDs. It also has Spanish Satellite TV.
There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and lamps. The second bedroom has fold away bunk beds and a single bed.
The bathroom has a wc, hand basin and shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, small freezer and washing machine. Pots & pans, crockery and glassware are provided.
The cottage has a sunny patio with table, chairs and barbecue. The Main garden has a new Jacuzzi which can also be used by our cottage guests.
This is a very pretty, very charming cottage. It is ideally located and a real treat for your stay in buzzing Sitges.
Please note, the cottage does not have air conditioning but room fans are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals between 12.00am and 1.00am will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
- Arrivals after 1am cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
