Peace and quiet and yet just a 4 minute stroll to the centre of Sitges and a couple of minutes more to the beaches. This is a fantastic apartment with views out over the Mediterranean and the beautiful historic old town on one side and the communal swimming pool and mountains on the other side.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, with a lift, with great views of Sitges. It is double glazed and has central heating. There is also a spacious terrace and 3 balconies to enjoy the sun all day.
The living/dining area is bright and spacious, with wood flooring and furniture giving a cosy and welcoming feel. There are three comfortable sofas, a solid wooden dining table with 6 chairs, TV/DVD with freeview satellite channels and WiFi internet access. The living area then opens out onto the terrace. Here you can sit out and take in the view. There is a wooden table with four chairs for dining out or enjoying a glass of cava and two sun loungers for relaxing.
The large, independent, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, kettle and all the essentials you will need for your self catering stay. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and access to another spacious balcony.
The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and lamps, plenty of wardrobe space and a smart ensuite bathroom with full sized bath, overhead shower, hand basin, bidet and WC.
On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms each with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and a balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
The second bathroom is fully tiled with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
This is a great apartment in a great location, that provides every comfort for your stay in a peaceful location but still an easy stroll to the bars and restaurants in the centre and of course the beaches.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that no stag or hen groups are allowed in this apartment.
- A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
- Arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. After 10.00pm the charge will be 35 euros.
- Guests will be required to give a 150 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
