This is a great apartment for those who enjoy spectacular sea views. It is located right on the sea front with amazing views out over the Mediterranean and the beautiful historic old town. The street below is lined with wonderful cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. The centre of the old town is just a short 5 minute stroll away.
There is a minimalist style sitting - room with a TV, WiFi internet access, table and chairs and comfortable sofa bed. From the living room there are french windows leading out to the sunny balcony with teak chairs where you can sit, relax and take in the breathtaking view of the sea and the historic old quarter.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens out onto the sitting - room, allowing you plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. It also has a breakfast bar which provides a semi-separation between the kitchen and the sitting room - the perfect place to enjoy your morning croissant and fresh coffee.
The apartment has two modern, comfortable bedrooms. One has a large double bed and the other has a bunk bed which is ideal for guests or children.
There is a modern, contemporary bathroom which has a bath and shower where you can unwind after a long day at the beach. As the apartment has been furnished for comfort and style, all the fittings and furniture are new and high quality.
The whole apartment is fitted with air conditioning and central heating for maximum comfort whether in the summer or winter.
This is a very comfortable apartment, wonderfully located with stunning views.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
- Check-out is at 10am. Where possible we try to be flexible with these times. If you require a late check out please discuss with your greeter on the day of arrival.
