This is a great apartment, located right in the heart of the historic city centre between Termini and the incredible Colosseum. The area is full of traditional trattorias, cafes and markets. It is in easy walking distance of many of Rome's most important sites and with the metro Cavour close by it is a very convenient apartment for exploring this wonderful city.
The spacious bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobes.
The bathroom is bright and welcoming with marble floors. It has a wc, bidet, bath with shower, wash basin and mirror.
The modern and attractive kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and tableware.
This is a very convenient apartment - a good choice for your base when in Rome.
Please note this apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros for cot (crib) and 10 euros for a high chair to be paid in cash on arrival. Where the total booking cost is less than euros 300, the additional charge for a baby cot will be euros 50.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Where a damage deposit is required as stated on the apartment description this can be paid in cash or by credit card. Please note that if using Amex a 4% processing fee will be applied.
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax
is currently EUR 2 per person, per day.
- Cancellations:
Where cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to arrival no charges will be made: Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the start date of the booking: 20% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking: 30% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking: 50% of the whole stay will be charged. No show or cancellation made 3 days or less, before the start date of the booking: the full price of the booking will be charged.
