Being so central and with a metro station just a few minute's walk away, this apartment is perfectly located for exploring this stunning city.
The apartment has been comfortably furnished and well-equipped. The living room is very comfortable with two double sofa beds, armchairs, antique dresser and TV with local channels. The room is finished off with stunning parquet flooring.
The bedroom is simple and comfortable with a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a hob, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware.
The bathroom is spacious and traditionally tiled throughout. It has a wc, bidet, shower, hand basin and mirror.
Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is comfortable and convenient, making it a great choice whenever you are visiting wonderful Rome.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros for cot (crib) and 10 euros for a high chair to be paid in cash on arrival. Where the total booking cost is less than euros 300, the additional charge for a baby cot will be euros 50.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Where a damage deposit is required as stated on the apartment description this can be paid in cash or by credit card. Please note that if using Amex a 4% processing fee will be applied.
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax
is currently EUR 2 per person, per day.
- Cancellations:
Where cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to arrival no charges will be made: Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the start date of the booking: 20% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking: 30% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking: 50% of the whole stay will be charged. No show or cancellation made 3 days or less, before the start date of the booking: the full price of the booking will be charged.
