Close to Termini station this is a great base for your Roman experience. With the metro station close by you have the choice of walking or taking the metro around this incredible city. The apartment is smart and bright with lots of natural light throughout.

The living room has a sofa and two arm chairs, a dresser, dinning table and chairs. There is also a double sofa bed. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed.

There are two fully-tiled bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub and shower.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and tableware.

This apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends who want to have an authentic Roman experience.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros for cot (crib) and 10 euros for a high chair to be paid in cash on arrival. Where the total booking cost is less than euros 300, the additional charge for a baby cot will be euros 50.
• For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
• Where a damage deposit is required as stated on the apartment description this can be paid in cash or by credit card. Please note that if using Amex a 4% processing fee will be applied.
• For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently EUR 2 per person, per day.
• Cancellations: Where cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to arrival no charges will be made: Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the start date of the booking: 20% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking: 30% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking: 50% of the whole stay will be charged. No show or cancellation made 3 days or less, before the start date of the booking: the full price of the booking will be charged.
