This is a superbly located apartment just a few minute's walk from the stunning Colloseum. Being right in the heart of the city you are also in easy reach of all the "must see" sites of this incredible city.
This one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and well presented. The living room has two sofas, lamps, dinning table and chairs, a Hi-Fi and a DVD player.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and a TV.
The bathroom features a shower, wc, bidet and washbasin with mirror.
In the kitchen we provide pots, pans, crockery and cooking utensils. There is fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
This is a very comfortable and well priced apartment located in a ideal position to explore this wonderful city.
Please note this apartment is on the third floor without a lift
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros for cot (crib) and 10 euros for a high chair to be paid in cash on arrival. Where the total booking cost is less than euros 300, the additional charge for a baby cot will be euros 50.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Where a damage deposit is required as stated on the apartment description this can be paid in cash or by credit card. Please note that if using Amex a 4% processing fee will be applied.
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax
is currently EUR 2 per person, per day.
- Cancellations:
Where cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to arrival no charges will be made: Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the start date of the booking: 20% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking: 30% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking: 50% of the whole stay will be charged. No show or cancellation made 3 days or less, before the start date of the booking: the full price of the booking will be charged.
