The living room features beautiful marble floors, a double sofa bed, dinning table and chairs, lamps and a TV with local channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering stay and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and plenty of crockery and cutlery are provided.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside tables and reading lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is large with marble throughout, a wc, shower, wash basin and mirror. A hair dryer is also provided.
This is a great location to get a real feel for Roman life.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros for cot (crib) and 10 euros for a high chair to be paid in cash on arrival. Where the total booking cost is less than euros 300, the additional charge for a baby cot will be euros 50.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Where a damage deposit is required as stated on the apartment description this can be paid in cash or by credit card. Please note that if using Amex a 4% processing fee will be applied.
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax
is currently EUR 2 per person, per day.
- Cancellations:
Where cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to arrival no charges will be made: Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the start date of the booking: 20% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking: 30% of the whole stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking: 50% of the whole stay will be charged. No show or cancellation made 3 days or less, before the start date of the booking: the full price of the booking will be charged.
