"Cleanliness. Greeter was flexible in accomodating our arrival and departure needs. Greeter provided suggestions on restaurants, shopping nearby. Work was being done in the building and it looked quite messy as we entered. It would have provided a better experience if we had been advised that this was the case. The apartment itself was not affected other than having workers outside."
