U Kapra #7, Historic Building with a Contemporary Interior.
Located on the corner of "Male Namesti" square and Karlova Street, this residence is comfortable, unique and boasts impeccably preserved architectural style blended with modern and luxurious fittings. This flagship address is about 50 steps away from Old Town Square and short stroll down Karlova Street to Charles Bridge and the riverbank.
It has 24-hour reception desk, secured entrance, an elevator and charming courtyard. The apartments have originally exposed wooden beams and restored ceilings and overlook the historical surroundings.
All apartments are fully fitted, and blend classical architecture with modern elements as well as fully equipped kitchens, WiFi internet access, free of charge, washing machine, weekly housekeeping service and of course, the privilege of staying in the heart of the historic centre.
This stylish and modern apartment is on the third floor of this historic building and overlooks the charming square Male Namesti and Karlova Street. The apartment is just a walk away from the Old Town Square.The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There are parquet floors throughout.
The spacious living room has plenty of windows and has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. .
The eat in kitchen is modern and well equipped and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a kitchen table and chairs.
The bedroom is large and light and has a king size double bed and reading lamps.
The bathroom boasts granite surfaces, a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, a hand basin, a mirror and a heated towel rail. A hair dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer. There is a 24 hour porter service in the building.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.

Hi, I just wanted to say that we enjoyed our stay. Everything at U Kapra was just as expected. The apartment was lovely and we were thankful to have the cleaning items stocked in the kitchen. Our time in Prague was very nice, thanks to such wonderful accommodations. Also, it was especially helpful that you were flexible with us on check-in and check-out time. I know this is not always possible, but it made a huge difference for us. Instead of having a crying baby on the plane ride home, we had a well-rested baby, happy baby.
