Located on the corner of "Male Namesti" square and Karlova Street, this residence is comfortable, unique and boasts impeccably preserved architectural style blended with modern and luxurious fittings. This flagship address is about 50 steps away from Old Town Square and short stroll down Karlova Street to Charles Bridge and the riverbank.
It has 24-hour reception desk, secured entrance, an elevator and charming courtyard. The apartments have originally exposed wooden beams and restored ceilings and overlook the historical surroundings.
All apartments are fully fitted, and blend classical architecture with modern elements as well as fully equipped kitchens, WiFi internet access, free of charge, washer/dryer, weekly housekeeping service and of course, the privilege of living in the heart of the historic centre.
This stylish and modern two bedroom two bathroom duplex apartment is on the fourth floor of this historic building (the lift only goes to the third floor) and boasts original exposed wooden beams and quaint dorma windows. It has views over Male namesti square below.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is on two levels and there are parquet floors and has the additional benefit of air conditioning throughout.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD home cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with granite work surfaces and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also an adjacent dining area with a dining table and six chairs.
Also on the lower floor is the master bedroom, which has a king size double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and an en suite bathroom.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, twin hand basins, a mirror and a heated towel rail. The second bathroom is a shower room with toilet. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Steep stairs take you from the kitchen to the second floor where the second bedroom is located.
The second bedroom also has a king size double bed and bedside tables and reading lamps. Please note as this bedroom is located in the loft space, there is restricted headroom.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
