This apartment is located in a lovely Art Nouveau building, complete with a lift in Prague's New Town. Located close to the River Vltava, the famous Dancing Building and Karlova Namesti, the largest square in Prague.
This contemporary apartment is spacious and light with great views across the Prague rooftops. It is modern and stylish with exposed beams and beautiful wooden floors.
The apartment consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a private terrace. For the fifth guest a temporary foldaway bed is provided.
The living area is spacious and has a large sofa, a coffee table and plasma TV home theatre system. It also benefits from a fireplace and double French doors leading on to the large terrace. Wireless internet is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs for four.
The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes and the second bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobes.
There are two bathrooms. One with jacuzzi bath tub, rain shower head, bidet and W.C. The other with a shower, and W.C. There are also heated towel rails. A hair dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.

Layout of the apartment was superb, bedding matched the rooms decor. Lots of good electrical equipment that all worked, nice touch with the freezer being full of ice. Need to ensure the light switch is usable in the entrance hall, the lifts are a long way back from the front door and at night we were using our phones.

The apartment was really good - it was really big, very clean, two big double bedrooms, two bathrooms, jacuzzi, very nice lovely balcony, etc. It had all the kitchen appliances, dishes, bedding and towels we needed. It was also a 10 min walk from the city centre/charles bridge.
Apartment was in excellent condition.
