The apartment building (parts of it dating from the 14th Century) is close to many bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, department stores and antique shops.
This private one bedroom apartment is on the second floor and provides a double bedroom a kitchen and a separate bathroom. It has many beautiful original features including the original painted timber ceiling. The apartment has parquet flooring and tiles throughout.
The double bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a large wardobe, a desk and two chairs and a chest of drawers. A temporary bed is provided for a third person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, kettle, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a mini bar provided, as is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cream.
The bathroom is tiled and has a shower, a hand basin, mirror, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer is provided.
There is a daily maid service with this apartment. The apartment building also has a dry cleaning and laundry service for guests.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during the New Year period starting from 28th or 29th December
- For bookings of up to 4 nights the deposit is 15%. For bookings of 5 -10 nights an additional 15% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings of 11 nights or more individual conditions apply. As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
- Thereafter if your booking is for 4 nights or less and you cancel within 48 hours of arrival there is cancellation charge equal to the first night's rental charge.
- If your booking is for 5 - 10 nights and cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first two night's rental charge.
