This gorgeous duplex apartment has two terraces and Prague Castle views.
The duplex apartment consists of a 5th floor two-bedroom apartment and a 6th floor one-bedroom penthouse with two landscaped terraces with tables and chairs and has been stylishly furnished with unique wall art throughout and an abundance of windows that provide a wealth of natural light, movable metal window shades, elegant light fixtures, wood flooring and high quality furniture.
The 5th floor apartment has two-bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen corner. The two bedrooms feature large windows and quality furniture including wardrobes for adequate storage space. There is one full bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and wash basin and an extra WC.
The 6th floor penthouse apartment has an oblong open-plan living, dining and fully fitted kitchen area complete with a terrace and a reading area. The master bedroom has a terrace with a tree. The full bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and wash basin.
There is Wi-Fi high-Speed Internet connection in the duplex, a home theatre system with a DVD player located downstairs and satellite TV with two plasma screens on each floor.
Each kitchen is complete with modern appliances including a ceramic stove top, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and more. The duplex apartment has two washing machines; hair dryer and complimentary soaps are provided in each bathroom.
Please note that the lift goes to the fifth floor and then there are a few private stairs to the sixth floor penthouse apartment.
A weekly maid service is provided, the day and time can be arranged with your apartment manager.
Extra beds can be provided for additional guests, this is charged at EUR 30 per night per person.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
