It is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features spacious living room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, plus dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.
On the lower floor is the open plan living room with kitchen and dining area.The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a large dining table and chairs.
One of the double bedrooms has a king size double bed and the other has a queen size double bed, both have reading lamps in each. One of the bedrooms is located on the upper floor.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet, heated towel rail and a hand basin. A hair-dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
