This newly refurbished studio Prague apartment offers modern style and comfort in an ideal location for sampling all that Prague has to offer.
This great 4th floor studio apartment (with lift) consists of an open plan living, sleeping and dining area, plus a separate bathroom.
The open plan living and sleeping area has a sofa, a TV with satellite channels, coffee table and reading lamps. There is also a dining table and chairs. Free air conditioning can be provided on request, and free high speed internet are available.
The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
There is a large double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath (with shower attachment), a toilet, a hand basin and a heated towel rail. This is also where the washing machine is located.
Parking is available (subject to availability) is 15 euros per day per car.
Please note, this apartment is non-smoking. Because the apartment is in residential buildings and we wish to ensure our neighbours are not disturbed or inconvenienced in any way, we cannot allow stag, hen, single sex or party groups. Groups of 4 or more will be charged a refundable security deposit of 100 euros per person. This will be returned in full assuming no damages or disturbances occur. Please note that any such groups who arrive at the apartment without prior approval are likely to be refused entry at check-in, with no refund of deposit paid.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment.
- Sorry, no stag, single sex or hen groups allowed.
- Cancellation:
- If you cancel at any time the initial deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, or you do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
