From here you can walk to the architectural delights of Old Town Square with it's street cafe's and stunning buildings. In the other direction is the ever popular Wenceslas Square with shops, casinos and restaurants. This is an ideally central location for exploring all that Prague has to offer.
This modern comfortable apartment has a living room, kitchen /dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located on the fifth floor (with a lift).
The living room has been furnished with modern style and comfort with sofas, coffee tables, plants, a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD/CD player.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The main bedroom is huge with high ceilings, with king sized bed, bedside tables, plenty of tall mirrored wardrobes and lamps.There is also a double sofa bed in this room for extra guests.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers, easy chair, bedside table and lamp. This room is off the kitchen.
The lovely bathroom has a corner bath and shower above, twin wash basins, WC and bidet. The washing machine is also located is the bathroom. A hair dryer is provided.
High speed internet is available, and parking is available for one car subject to availability and a charge (approx EUR 15 per night). A baby cot and/or high chair can be provided at a cost of EUR 15 per item.
Strictly no stag or hen parties.
Please note, this apartment is non-smoking. Because the apartment is in residential buildings and we wish to ensure our neighbours are not disturbed or inconvenienced in any way, we cannot allow stag, hen, single sex or party groups. Groups of 4 or more will be charged a refundable security deposit of 100 euros per person. This will be returned in full assuming no damages or disturbances occur. Please note that any such groups who arrive at the apartment without prior approval are likely to be refused entry at check-in, with no refund of deposit paid.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment.
- Sorry, no stag, single sex or hen groups allowed.
- Cancellation:
- If you cancel at any time the initial deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, or you do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
