This interesting and secluded contemporary building is right in the centre of Prague. It overlooks Franciscan Gardens, part of medieval monastery; the location guarantees tranquillity and a very nice view of the garden greenery and Prague rooftops.
This glass building features one apartment per floor accessible by secured entrance and lift. This apartment has central heating and air-conditioning, offers complimentary WiFi Internet and a weekly housekeeping service. This property is ideal for clients who prefer accommodation in contemporary apartments.
This Prague apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a small single bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a spacious terrace on which to enjoy the views. There is under floor heating and all windows have automatic blinds or curtains.
The apartment occupies the entire top floor of a modern residential building with a lift and 24 hour security.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has round bed, a dining table, a LCD TV, DVD and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom is small and has a single bed and built in closets.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a shower, a toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. A hair dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
There is also a lovely wrap around terrace with contemporary garden furniture and sunbeds - a great place to spend a relaxing evening taking in the fabulous view. Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.

"My only recommendation would be avoid the tacky (wencelas square at night) and then explore. The whole city had a safe and welcoming feel , ride the trams for a while you spot all sorts of things worthy of returning to spend more time at. Views from petrin hill are outstanding and there's a bar 200m from the mid stop of the funicular thats really worth a visit. Check out areas like smichov and holesovice they also have lots to offer.
