This classical building, protected by UNESCO, is located literally 50 steps away from Old Town Square. Situated on Karlova Street and "Male Namesti" square, it offers an ideal base for exploring the city on foot. It is also surrounded by chic restaurants, cafes, galleries and museums.
The building has undergone an impeccable restoration, which preserved its original elements, such as exposed wooden beams. It features a 24-hour reception desk, an elevator and spacious entry hall with roomy staircase. The apartments are located on the upper floors and boast views of the historic centre and Prague's rooftops.
All apartments have separate laundry room with washer/dryer, feature complimentary, high-speed WiFi Internet and weekly housekeeping service.
This stylish and modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the attic floor of this historic building (the lift goes as far as the second floor). One of the features it has are the original exposed beam ceilings which are perfectly complemented by the contemporary design.
The apartment consists of an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room plus a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. It has the additional benefit of air conditioning throughout.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. In this large open space there is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also an adjacent dining area with a dining table and six chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed and bedside table and a chair. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment, a toilet and a hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bedside table.
The separate bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a hand basin. A hair dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.

"Would definately recommend U Fleku! Had a fab and fun night there. Beer and food good as well as the entertianment! Also would highly recommend Tretter's Cocktail bar. There is plenty to try and the satff could not do enough for you. As for sights! You could not go to prague and not visit st vitus's cathedral and prague castle. The architecture is amazing. Would recommend Charles bridge at midnight or after. Really romantic under the stars!"
