Located on the magical Lesser Town Square, this apartment building was renovated in 2009. The location is beautiful facing the Baroque St. Nicolas Cathedral and the majestic Prague Castle. Mala Strana (Lesser Town) is home to many palaces, hidden gardens, acclaimed restaurants and art galleries.
The famed Charles Bridge is literally a stone’s throw away with the Old Town section of Prague being just a short stroll across the bridge. There are small grocery shops, wine bars and many traditional Czech restaurants close by.
This fully fitted one bedroom attic apartment in Prague blends rustic and modern elements to create an old world environment with modern amenities.
The old include massive wooden beams, parquet floors, sunken rooms and quaint dormer windows with views of leafy Petrin Hill.
The charming apartment features an open plan fully equipped kitchen and spacious sunken living room, a sunken bedroom and a bathroom. It is on the fourth floor, there is a lift to the third floor and then a few steps up to the fourth floor.
The living room has two single sofa beds, a wooden dining table with plastic design chairs. There is a plasma TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi internet.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is modern and well equipped and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The sunken bedroom has a tailor made king size double bed and reading lamps and plenty of closet space.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, a hand basin, a bidet, a mirror and a heated towel rail. A hair dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
You must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
