This very smart apartment is located in the middle of the prestigious heart of Prague, just next to Wenceslas Square and a short stroll from the iconic Old Town Square. In few minutes walk you can also reach the Republic Square and the former Josefov Quarter. Further on, in close vicinity is also the National Museum.
The apartment itself is set in a very quiet street. It is complete with all the comforts you need for a truly enjoyable stay, and makes a fantastic base from which to explore Prague.

This bright split-level two bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment is situated in a completely renovated building with a new lift. It has the added benefit of being fully air conditioned, has a security door and an alarm. The apartment Attic Olivova is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift.
The lower level consists of living room with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a terrace, a bedroom, and shower bathroom with toilet. The small terrace has a table and chairs.
The upstairs is reached by a designer steel and wood staircase, there is the second bedroom with study area, bathroom with corner bath tub, and storage room with washing machine. The apartment boasts high quality materials, wooden floors and wood beams.
The living room has a large leather sofa (can sleep 2 people), a coffee table, home cinema system with large LED flat screen TV. Internet connection is provided.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich and waffle maker, dishwasher, coking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
The first bedroom has a double bed (anti-allergy mattresses), pull-out sofa (allows additional sleeping), night tables, reading lamps, double sided oval make up mirror, chest of drawers, flat screen TV (LED - New generation), docking speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices.
The first bathroom has a walk-in shower (with automatic temperature adjustment), washbasin, liquid soap, three towels (big, medium & small), mirror, toilet, heated towel bar and floor heating.
Upstairs the second bedroom has a double bed (anti-allergy mattresses), pull-out sofa (allows additional sleeping), night tables, reading lamps, chest of drawers, double sided oval make up mirror, storage space, flat screen TV (LED - New generation), docking speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices and desk.
The second bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, liquid soap, three towels (big, medium & small), mirror, toilet, digital bathroom scale, heated towel bar and floor heating.
There is a storage room. The apartment includes a supply of sugar, salt and pepper in grinders, coffee and tea bags. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom,complimentary toiletries, washing machine and ironing facilities. A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.
Stag and hen groups are not allowed.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that there will be a 3.7% surcharge for balance payments made with an American Express Card.
- For bookings of more than 10 nights a second deposit will be payable at the time of booking made to the apartment manager. The value of this deposit will be confirmed once the booking has been made.
- A security deposit of EUR 100 per person is payable on arrival in cash. It is returned at check out, assuming no damages.

For bookings of 1-3 nights :
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night further charge.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge.
- For bookings of 4-7 nights:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: further charge of 30 % of your whole stay.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: further charge of 50 % of your whole stay.
- For bookings for more than 7 nights:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights further charge.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights further charge.
- For bookings for 1 month and more:
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights further charge.
Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights further charge.
- Please notice, during peak season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
