These apartments are superbly located in a wonderful neighbourhood full of historical character, close to the vibrant Old Town Square and the amazing Old Jewish Town. Also within easy reach is the Charles Bridge from one side and the Republic Square from the other side.
On the doorstep you will discover an extensive selection of places to eat and drink, local shopping, entertainment and night life together with some superb shopping in Parizska street, which has many of the best known major retailers along with leading restaurants, outdoor cafes, pubs and trendy bars. This unique apartment with its surrounding entertainment facilities offers the perfect escape.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
On the lower level is the large living room which has a leather sofa, coffee table, home cinema, large flat screen TV (LED - New generation Smart TV), docking speaker, dining table and chairs.
The open plan kitchen has a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich and waffle maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Also on the lower level are the first and second bedrooms each with king size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, flat screen TV (LED - New generation Smart TV), docking speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices.
The bathroom on the lower floor has a walk in shower, handbasin, heated towel rail, under floor heating and W.C.
On the upper level you will find a further two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed (anti-allergy medical mattresses), night tables, reading lamps, chest of drawers, double sided oval make-up mirror and fan.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds, night table, reading lamp and fan.
The second bathroom has a bath tub, washbasin, liquid soap, three towels (big, medium & small), mirror, toilet and digital bathroom scale.
All mattresses in the apartment are anti-allergy.
The utility room has a washing/dryer and storage space. A baby cot can be provided on request.
A full housekeeping service is provided every four days.
General facilities: security door, electric opened windows, Wi-Fi Internet free of charge, Astra satellite connection, hair dryer in each bathroom, welcome pack (including shower gel + shampoo, cotton swabs (buds) and cosmetic cotton pads), washing machine, ironing facilities and fans in the whole apartment.
Stag and hen groups are not allowed.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that there will be a 2.2% surcharge for card payments for the balance and a 3.7% surcharge for balance payments made with an American Express Card.
- For bookings of more than 10 nights a second deposit will be payable at the time of booking made to the apartment manager. The value of this deposit will be confirmed once the booking has been made.
- A security deposit of EUR 100 per person is payable on arrival in cash. It is returned at check out, assuming no damages.

For bookings of 1-3 nights :
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night further charge.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge.
- For bookings of 4-7 nights:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: further charge of 30 % of your whole stay.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: further charge of 50 % of your whole stay.
- For bookings for more than 7 nights:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights further charge.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights further charge.
- For bookings for 1 month and more:
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no further charge.
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights further charge.
Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights further charge.
- Please notice, during peak season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
