The apartment was beautiful and so well situated, and perfect for our needs. I would absolutely recommend the apartment for anyone who asks me, and fully intend to both return to this apartment and use the website again.The only tiny complaint was that we had a bit of a hunt for the bedding for the sofa bed. However it wasn't a challenge so we weren't bothered by it. The sound proofing between apartments wasn't great which is to be expected in places of this nature, which is why I wouldn't suggest its ideal for children of teens but the noise from the neighbours was minimal and didn't cause any issues.

Exceptionally clean, excellent location, comfortable beds. It was smaller than what we expected but nonetheless there was plenty of room for us. The only drawback was the tiny kitchen and having to carry our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs.

I didn't dare unplug the TV. The concierge was very helpful and pleasant. As was the greeter. I enjoyed my visit but would probably get a little bigger place the next time. A bottle of wine and some food in the fridge as a welcome gift was a nice gesture, especially appreciated after a long flight. vTV service was not working. Elevator was not working. Sound insulation in the apartment was very poor. One of the toilets was extremely noisy. Shower door was leaking.
