This spacious two bedroom apartment is located where the very popular district of Saint-Germain-des-Pres meets the Luxembourg Quarter. You will be charmed by culture, architecture and little boutiques. This area has lively atmosphere and gives plenty of choice of cafes and restaurants, and many cinemas.
Within easy reach are many museums including the Musee d'Orsay, and also the beautiful Jardins de Luxembourg.
The apartment has everything you need having a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
The living area has a sofa bed sleeping two, an arm chair, a coffee table, a TV, a mirror, an open fire place and large windows allowing plenty of light in the room.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, an oven a dishwasher and all crockery that you would need for your perfect stay.
The main bedroom has a large double bed with chest of drawers, a small table, a chair, wardrobes and a mirror.
The second bedroom also has a double bed.
The bathroom is bright having a shower, a W.C and a handbasin.
A bedding fee of 10 EUR will apply for one or two guests.
A bedding fee of 20 EUR will apply for three or four guests.
A bedding fee of 30 EUR will apply for five or six guests.
This apartment has a washing machine.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The booking deposit is made up of two separate transactions, both due at the time of booking.
- The first is payable by credit card payable to Loving Apartments.
- The second is a further 20% of the total which is payable by bank transfer to the apartment management company (details sent in your Confirmation Email).
- The remaining balance in due in cash in Euros on arrival.
- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the rental start date to avoid any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made 15 or less to the start date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- If cancelled less then 15 days before arrival the booking is non-refundable but the cost can be transferred to a voucher for any other other apartment which will be valid for 24 months from the rental date.
