This studio is situated on the Right Bank of the River Seine in the area of Montmartre. Known for the white-domed Basilica of the Sacré Cœur reaching 130 metres high, attracting many visitors year after year, reach your way to the top and you will see fabulous views of the city. It is also known as a nightclub district having many bars and clubs and home to the famous Moulin Rouge.
In this popular area you will also find many artists and galleries, museums, churches and two squares, Place du Tertre and Place des Abbesses.
The studio is bright and has been finished to a modern design. It is open plan having a living/dining and kitchen area all in one. In the room there is a modern sofa making a double sofa bed, two reading lights, a T.V, floor to ceiling windows which open letting in plenty of light and air and two single wardrobes.
There is a small dining table with two chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, an electric stove, a coffee maker, a toaster and kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has been finished to a high standard having a walk in shower shower, a W.C, a handbasin and a heated towel rail.
A bedding fee of 10 EUR will apply for one or two guests.
This apartment has an iron, a washing machine, a hair dryer and complimentary internet access.
Pets are welcome. A local charge of 20 EUR will apply.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- The booking deposit is made up of two separate transactions, both due at the time of booking.
- The first is payable by credit card payable to Loving Apartments.
- The second is a further 20% of the total which is payable by bank transfer to the apartment management company (details sent in your Confirmation Email).
- The remaining balance in due in cash in Euros on arrival.
- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the rental start date to avoid any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made 15 or less to the start date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- If cancelled less then 15 days before arrival the booking is non-refundable but the cost can be transferred to a voucher for any other other apartment which will be valid for 24 months from the rental date.
