This large open bright apartment is located in the heart of the district of Le Marais. This apartment is surrounded with liveliness with trendy bars and restaurants, also numerous fashion boutiques and local shops.
This stunning apartment is laid out across three floors, lower, ground and first.The decoration is uncluttered and modern. There is a large living area which is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. It has three independent bedrooms, two doubles and one with single beds, three bathrooms and it opens out onto a lovely 18th century courtyard.
The double living room gives you plenty of space to relax after a long day of enjoying the Parisian sights! It has a large corner sofa making a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and an I Pod station. There is also a dining table comfortably seating six. Moving to the second living room you another sofa with chair.
Set right across the back of the apartment a fully equipped kitchen has been fitted with all the modern equipment you would need. It has a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. Over the counter of the kitchen you have a breakfast bar with four bar stools.
On the lower floor there are two comfortable bedrooms. One having a double bed and the other having to single beds. These two bedrooms have their own bathroom having a bath with shower, a handbasin, a heated towel rail and a W.C. Finally on the upper floor is the main bedroom. It has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps and a charming en suite having a bath with shower, heated towel rail, a handbasin and a W.C.
There is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board included. High speed internet access and a baby cot are available.

- Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
- As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
- The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
- Cancellation policy:
- The booking deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
