The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your self catering stay, it has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
The master bedroom is elegant and spacious, with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is accessed via the master bedroom and has a comfortable single bed and separate sink area. (An extra guest can be accommodated on the large sofa in the lounge).
The large bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead shower, two hand basins and a bidet. There is a separate WC.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of Euros 300 is requested at check-in. This will be returned at the end of your stay subject to charges for damages or breakages.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
