This apartment is situated near the Parc Monceau a lovely public park created in the English style with many follies, grottos, magnificent tress and rare plants.
A short distance away is the famous Boulevard Haussmann, leading to the Arc de Triomphe in one direction, and the Grands Boulevards in another. You are also within easy reach of the Montmartre district, home to the Moulin Rouse, Sacre Coeur and Pigalle.
The apartment has everything you need having a living room, a dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a separate bathroom.
The living area has a sofa bed suitable for one person, two arm chairs, a coffee table, a mirrored wall and large windows allowing plenty of light in the room.
The main bedroom has a Murphy bed (pull down bed from the wall) which makes a double bed.
The cute kitchenette has a fridge, two electric hobs and crockery that you would need for your stay.
The bathroom is bright having a shower, a W.C and a handbasin.
A bedding fee of 10 EUR will apply for one or two guests.
A bedding fee of 20 EUR will apply for three guests.
The apartment has a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer.
Pets are welcome. A local charge of 20 EUR per week will apply.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The booking deposit is made up of two separate transactions, both due at the time of booking.
- The first is payable by credit card payable to Loving Apartments.
- The second is a further 20% of the total which is payable by bank transfer to the apartment management company (details sent in your Confirmation Email).
- The remaining balance in due in cash in Euros on arrival.
- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the rental start date to avoid any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made 15 or less to the start date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- If cancelled less then 15 days before arrival the booking is non-refundable but the cost can be transferred to a voucher for any other other apartment which will be valid for 24 months from the rental date.
