These smart, well priced serviced studios are perfectly located in the 10th District, in the very centre of Paris only 3 minutes walk from Gare de l'Est and 8 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Many of the most celebrated sights in Paris are in easy walking distance - the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Bastille, Champs Elysees to name but a few. With a 24 hour reception you will always have someone on hand to offer advise and suggestions.

These serviced studios provide a perfect home from home. All apartments have free WiFi internet, TV's and private bathrooms. The kitchenettes are well equipped for light meal preparation with a microwave, fridge, 2 ring hob, pots, pans and tableware. There is a dining area with table and chairs.

There is a laundry facility in the building.

• For this apartment the price does not include the city tourist tax of EUR 0.78 per person per day. This is payable at check-in.
• Your initial booking deposit is taken in two parts the first 10% of the total amount by Loving Apartments and the second 10% of the total amount by the apartment manager.
• The balance will be charged to your credit card 48 hours before arrival.
• Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 3 days prior to the start date of the booking, no additional fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the start date of the booking or for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
• Check-in is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am. Where possible we are flexible with these times. Please call your greeter when you have arrived in Paris if you wish to arrange an earlier check-in.
• This apartment is strictly non-smoking.
