You are close to the Place de la Bastille, the site of the Bastille prison mobbed by the crowds of revolutionaries on July 14th 1789. The Marais district is well known for art galleries, boutiques, excellent restaurants and cafes.
There is a living room with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
In the entrance there is a study nook and a walk-in closet.
The spacious living area has a large sofa, coffee table and dining table with four chairs.
The well equipped kitchen has an oven. microwave, fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cookware that you will require during your stay.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, washing machine and TV.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, hand basin and WC.
Complimentary wireless internet access is available.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable damage deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival by credit card. This is refunded after departure assuming no damages.
- Cancellations that are made up to 10 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a 30% of the total booking cost cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 day prior to arrival will be charged the total booking value.
