You will be able to find Serge Gainsbourgs unique house standing amongst the many art galleries. You are also in close proximity to the famous Jardin de Luxembourg gardens.
The bright neutral atmosphere of the apartment offers you all the home comforts for your stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a hallway, two bedrooms, a dining area and two bathrooms.
The large living room spoils you for space having a corner sofa, a glass coffee table, a separate sofa, a satellite flat-screen T.V, a DVD player, books and children's books, spot lights and lamps for low lighting. Behind you will find a dining table comfortably seating four guests and offering you a view of the Eiffel Tower.
The refurbished kitchen has an open layout with a small breakfast table with two chairs. It has a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an oven, stove top burners, a dishwasher, a toaster, a grill, cooking utensils, crockery, a washing machine and a dryer.
The master bedroom is finished with a modern open plan design. There is double bed with bed side tables and lamps, a small coffee table table with two cushioned chairs, a luxury bath and his and hers hand basins with mirrors. This room leads out onto its own private balcony. There is also a separate toilet.
Leading down the hallway you have the second bedroom. In this room you have a double bed with bedside tables and lights and a chair. Round the corner you have your own en suite having a spacious walk in shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
Included in the apartment is complimentary wireless internet access, a local activities/restaurant guide, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a concierge, a telephone and a computer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, a further instalment of 30% is payable to the apartment manager and due by bank transfer immediately. Details will be provided on booking. Please provide confirmation of your bank transfer on the day of your booking.
- Failure to recieve the second deposit of 30% within 5 days of your booking will result in your booking being cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation your initital booking deposits are both non-refundable. No further cancellation charges apply.
- The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival, payable by either cash or credit card.
- If you are checking in on the following days a 50 EUR charge will apply:

- If you are wishing to check in before 9.30am or after 7pm or on a Sunday a surcharge of 50 EUR will apply.
- Upon arrival a copy of a credit card is required as a security deposit for the duration of your stay. Nothing will be charged unless there are any breakages or damages within the apartment.
