This gorgeous duplex apartment is located right in the heart of the buzzing St Germain des Pres area of the Rive Gauche. Notre Dam and the river are just a short stroll away, through the charming streets of the Latin Quarter, packed with wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutiques. This is a lively and fashionable area right in the heart of the city.

The apartment is beautifully presented in true Parisian style. Elegant and sophisticated, the furniture is up-scale and very comfortable. The lower level has 2 beautiful bedrooms, both with double beds. One bedroom has its own private terrace with views out across the city towards the Eiffel Tower. There is plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the fabulous views. On this level there is also an elegant bathroom with full bath and a separate WC.

Access to the second level is via a stunning wooden staircase. On this floor there is a spacious living room and open-plan kitchen/ dinning room. The open plan design ensures catering is a sociable affair.

The living room has a large sofa which converts to a comfortable double sofa-bed. There is a flat screen TV (includes European and English speaking channels) and a Wi Fi Internet modem for free high speed internet access. There is also a lovely dinning table and chairs.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped and very stylish. It has an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are plenty pots, pans and tableware.

There is a security safe in the apartment as well as an I pod station and a radio alarm clock.

The apartment is cleaned every day and towels are changed every 4 days.
