Notre Dam and the river are just a short stroll away, through the charming streets of the Latin Quarter, packed with wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The apartment is beautifully presented in true Parisian style. Elegant and sophisticated, the furniture is up-scale and very comfortable. The living room has a large sofa which converts to a comfortable double sofa-bed. There is a flat screen TV (includes European and English speaking channels) and a Wi Fi Internet modem for free high speed internet access. There is also a dinning table and chairs.
The separate kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped and very stylish. It has an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are plenty pots, pans and tableware.
The bedroom area is at the rear of the building so away from any street noise. It is stylish with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) and basin. A hairdryer is also provided. There is a separate WC.
There is a security safe in the apartment as well as an I pod station and a radio alarm clock.
The apartment is cleaned every day and towels are changed every 4 days.

For cancellations received more than 30 days before the arrival date no further cancellation charge will be applied.
- For cancellations received between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date a further cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date a further cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received 7 days or less before the arrival date, or for no-shows, a further cancellation charge of 30% of the total booking price will be charged.

- Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12.00 noon. Every effort will be made to be flexible with these times.
