This wonderful studio is located right in the heart of the buzzing St Germain des Pres area of the Rive Gauche. Notre Dam and the river are just a short stroll away, through the charming streets of the Latin Quarter, packed with wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutiques. This is a lively and fashionable area right in the heart of the city.
Although we describe this apartment as a studio, there is a separate sleeping area, however this is not completely closed off from the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is beautifully presented in true Parisian style. Elegant and sophisticated, the furniture is up-scale and very comfortable. The living area has a large sofa which converts to two day beds. There is a flat screen TV (includes European and English speaking channels) and a Wi Fi Internet modem for free high speed internet access.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped and very stylish. It has an oven, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There are plenty of up-scale pots, pans and tableware.
The bedroom area is an interior space, very cosy and stylish with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a wc, shower (no bathtub) and basin. A hairdryer is also provided.
There is a security safe in the apartment as well as an I pod station and a radio alarm clock.
The apartment is cleaned every day and towels are changed every 4 days.
This fantastic studio is perfectly located and offers a truly genuine up-scale Parisian experience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations.
For cancellations received more than 30 days before the arrival date no further cancellation charge will be applied.
- For cancellations received between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date a further cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date a further cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received 7 days or less before the arrival date, or for no-shows, a further cancellation charge of 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Check-in/out.
- Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12.00 noon. Every effort will be made to be flexible with these times.
