Within the apartment you have a spacious open plan living and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entrance is through a tranquil courtyard lined with plants and flowers.
The open living and dining area has plenty of space firstly having large sofas, one is a double sofa bed, a large coffee table, a separate chair, a TV, a DVD player and panel windows letting in plenty of light. Leading through to the dining area you have a dining table comfortably seating up to six guests, another sofa, a mirror and a work desk with two chairs.
In a separate room you have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, an oven with stove, a coffee machine, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a small dining table with two seats perfect for your Parisian breakfasts!
The main bedroom is warming having a queen sized bed, built in wardrobes and a chair.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and lamp. It also has a work desk area with a computer and chair. This room over looks the private courtyard.
The bathroom offers you a corner bath with shower, a heated towel rail, a handbasin, a mirror and a W.C.
There is a further shower room with free standing shower and handbasin.
With in the apartment there is a washing machine and a dryer.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
